Liability Release
In consideration of being permitted to participate in any event organized, managed, or presented by Local Ladies Social Network, Inc. (LLSN Events), all participants, exhibitors, vendors, sponsors, and their representatives agree to release, waive, and discharge Local Ladies Social Network, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, venue partners, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, causes of action, damages, losses, injuries, or expenses arising from participation in the event, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, theft, loss, or unforeseen circumstances.
By purchasing a vendor space, sponsorship or participating in an event, you acknowledge and agree to all terms and conditions contained herein.
LLSN Events reserves the right to approve or deny any vendor application at its sole discretion. Political organizations, political candidates, campaign-related entities, or vendors deemed controversial, offensive, or inconsistent with the event’s mission will not be permitted to participate.
All events are held rain or shine. Outdoor events may be canceled only in the event of severe weather conditions that present a safety risk, including but not limited to hurricanes, lightning, high winds, flooding, or other dangerous conditions. Indoor events will proceed as scheduled except in the event of a hurricane, mandatory evacuation order, venue closure, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Events canceled due to weather are not rescheduled.
All vendor fees, sponsorship fees, and participation fees are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-creditable under any circumstances, including weather-related cancellations.
*For our home and lifestyle shows, all booth assignments/placements are determined by LLSN Events
*Due to booth assignments, for any two day shows, all vendors must commit to participating for both days. Two days shows will only be sold as a weekend Saturday & Sun.
* Payment secures your participation space.
* Vendor spaces may not be shared, transferred, sold, assigned, or subleased.
* Only one business is permitted per vendor space unless approved in writing by LLSN Events.
* Indoor vendor spaces are limited and available until sold out.
* Vendors must be at least 18 years of age to purchase a space.
Each vendor is solely responsible for their business operations, products, services, permits, licenses, insurance coverage, tax collection, sales tax reporting, and compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
LLSN Events assumes no responsibility for vendor compliance requirements.
Attendance & Event Participation
Vendors are expected to remain open and operating for the entire duration of the event. Early breakdown or departure without prior approval may result in denial of participation in future events. If you are sending a company representative to the event, please inform them that participation is required until the end of the event until 4PM. No early breakdowns.
Photography & Marketing Release
All LLSN Events are public events. By participating, vendors grant LLSN Events permission to photograph, record, and use images, video, business names, logos, products, and displays for promotional, advertising, social media, website, print, and marketing purposes without compensation.
LLSN Events is committed to maintaining a professional, welcoming, and respectful environment for vendors, staff, attendees, sponsors, and venue partners.
Any vendor displaying unprofessional conduct or disruptive behavior, toward staff, customers, other vendors, venue personnel, or event attendees may be immediately removed from the event at the sole discretion of LLSN Events.
Removal from an event will result in:
* Immediate forfeiture of the vendor space.
* No refund of any fees paid.
* Permanent prohibition from participating in future LLSN Events.
* Forfeiture of any prepaid future event registrations.
LLSN Events reserves the right to make all final decisions regarding vendor participation and event conduct.
Submission of payment for LLSN Event's Home & Lifestyle Shows constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and procedures outlined herein.
