Event Policy
All events are held rain or shine. Outdoor events may be canceled only in the event of severe weather conditions that present a safety risk, including but not limited to hurricanes, lightning, high winds, flooding, or other dangerous conditions. Indoor events will proceed as scheduled except in the event of a hurricane, mandatory evacuation order, venue closure, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Events canceled due to weather are not rescheduled.
All vendor fees & sponsorship fees are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-creditable under any circumstances, including weather-related cancellations.
