This is not a juried show; however, vendor approval is required to maintain the quality, professionalism and integrity of the event. Certain vendor categories may require prior approval before participation. Our approval process helps ensure that our Home and Lifestyle Shows are authentic, established, and align with the overall theme of the show.
LLSN Events reserves the right to approve or decline any participation requests at its sole discretion.
We are looking for Fine Art, Home Décor, Coastal Living Inspired Vendors, Outdoor Living & Landscaping, Home Improvement & Remodeling, Home Services & Specialty Vendors.

Vendor Space Approval & Payment Policy
Once your exhibit space has been approved by email, you will have 48 hours to complete your purchase.
Your booth space is not reserved until full payment has been received.
If payment is not received within the 48-hour approval period, your approval will expire and the space may be offered to another exhibitor. If you still wish to participate, you will need to submit a new email request for approval. Space availability cannot be guaranteed after the original approval period has expired.
Approved Vendors, you are purchasing a 10 x 10 area for a TWO-DAY SHOW. Bradenton Area's Home & Lifestyle Show for Saturday & Sunday, January 30th & 31st 2027 IN SEASON From 10:00AM to 4:00PM. STANDARD INTERIOR BOOTH without electricity. Vendor may bring battery operated Jackery Box for power .
8ft tables and chairs sold separately on the website. Please see the option on the website to purchase tables and chairs if needed. If not purchasing, vendors need to bring chairs, tables, racks or any additional displays to fit into their 10 X 10 SPACE.
All questions should be directed to LLSN@ comcast.net, the venues will not take special requests from vendors. Please contact us with any/all questions regarding an event. Only requests that are needed for handicap/disabled will be provided.
ALL VENDORS WILL NEED TO CHECK IN with LLSN Staff BEFORE SETTING UP. Vendors will receive their booth number and a copy of our floor plan with booth assignments when checking in. Due to our many options of booth sizes, we are not able to switch vendors assigned numbers around. Set up starts at 7AM (3 Hour set up) Everyone needs to be set up and ready by 10AM. The Vendor Parking lot is located in front of the overhead doors. All vendors will need to unload their items at the overhead doors. Not at the Front Entrance per the venue. The Front doors are locked until showtime. Our staff will be there to check you in and give you your booth number & a floor plan.
No animals are permitted. Only service animals per the venue. We do not allow any items for sale to be on display that contain words of profanity or any political items to be displayed. Our family friendly events are an enjoyable atmosphere for everyone. Any candles on display cannot be lit per the fire department. No food serving vendors are permitted. The venue will have concessions.
Vendors must bring their own tablecloths. Floor length table covers only please. No plastic table covers allowed.

Liability Release
In consideration of being permitted to participate in any event organized, managed, or presented by Local Ladies Social Network, Inc. (LLSN Events), all participants, exhibitors, vendors, sponsors, and their representatives agree to release, waive, and discharge Local Ladies Social Network, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, venue partners, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, causes of action, damages, losses, injuries, or expenses arising from participation in the event, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, theft, loss, or unforeseen circumstances.
By purchasing a vendor space, sponsorship, or participating in an event, you acknowledge and agree to all terms and conditions contained herein.
Vendor Eligibility
LLSN Events reserves the right to approve or deny any vendor application at its sole discretion. Political organizations, political candidates, campaign-related entities or vendors deemed controversial, offensive or inconsistent with the event’s mission will not be permitted to participate.
Event Policy
All events are held rain or shine. Outdoor events may be canceled only in the event of severe weather conditions that present a safety risk, including but not limited to hurricanes, lightning, high winds, flooding, or other dangerous conditions. Indoor events will proceed as scheduled except in the event of a hurricane, mandatory evacuation order, venue closure, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Events canceled due to weather are not rescheduled.
All vendor fees, sponsorship fees, and participation fees are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-creditable under any circumstances, including weather-related cancellations.
Vendor Space Policies
*For our home and lifestyle shows, all booth assignments/placements are determined by LLSN Events
*Due to booth assignments, for any two day shows, all vendors must commit to participating for both days. Two days shows will only be sold as a weekend Saturday & Sunday.
* Payment secures your participation space.
* Vendor spaces may not be shared, transferred, sold, assigned, or subleased.
* Only one business is permitted per vendor space unless approved in writing by LLSN Events.
* Indoor vendor spaces are limited and available until sold out.
* Vendors must be at least 18 years of age to purchase a space.
Vendor Responsibilities
Each vendor is solely responsible for their business operations, products, services, permits, licenses, insurance coverage, tax collection, sales tax reporting, and compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
For two day events we ask all vendors to close up your booth at the end of the day for overnight. Please bring extra table covers or sheets to put over your tables that have products on them.
Any and all banners need to be free standing and secured. Nothing can be attached, taped or pinned to walls or any other structure of the facility. Balloons and confetti are not permitted per the venue.
LLSN Events assumes no responsibility for vendor compliance requirements.
Attendance & Event Participation
Vendors are expected to remain open and operating for the entire duration of the event. Early breakdown or departure without prior approval may result in denial of participation in future events. If you are sending a company representative to the event, please inform them that participation is required until the end of the event until 4PM. No early breakdowns.
Photography & Marketing Release
All LLSN Events are public events. By participating, vendors grant LLSN Events permission to photograph, record, and use images, video, business names, logos, products, and displays for promotional, advertising, social media, website, print, and marketing purposes without compensation.
Conduct Policy
LLSN Events is committed to maintaining a professional, welcoming, and respectful environment for vendors, staff, attendees, sponsors, and venue partners.
Any vendor displaying unprofessional conduct or disruptive behavior, toward staff, customers, other vendors, venue personnel, or event attendees may be immediately removed from the event at the sole discretion of LLSN Events.
Removal from an event will result in:
* Immediate forfeiture of the vendor space.
* No refund of any fees paid.
* Permanent prohibition from participating in future LLSN Events.
* Forfeiture of any prepaid future event registrations.
LLSN Events reserves the right to make all final decisions regarding vendor participation and event conduct.
Acceptance of Terms
Submission of payment and participation in LLSN Event's Home & Lifestyle Shows constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and procedures outlined herein.
